Food-Borne Illness 1999-2006

All the attention on raw milk when you realize that dairy products—all dairy products—account for a very small proportion of food-borne illnesses cases. And dairy products are consumed at much greater amounts than fish and shellfish. And you can still purchase raw oysters!
